Ingredients:
Fragrant Rice, Premium Dried Scallop, Mushroom, Black Fungus, Salt, Bentong Ginger, Garlic, Water, Oil, Chicken Stocks, Mushroom Seasoning.
CONTAINS SCALLOP.
Cooking Instruction:
- Add 1.5 litres of water to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Wash the rice. Add washed rice into the boiling water along with the Scallop Pack. Stir well.
- Continue to cook for 20 minutes at low/medium heat (open cover partially to avoid spilling).
- Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- Serve hot with spring onion, a pinch of white pepper powder and drips of sesame oil.

烹饪方式:
- 锅里加入1.5公升水,开火煮沸。
- 洗净白米,再和瑶柱酱料一起倒入锅里煮沸,并搅拌均匀。
- 继续用中小火煮20分钟 (略微开着盖子以防止溢出)。
- 偶尔搅拌,避免烧焦。
- 加入少许葱、白胡椒粉和芝麻油在瑶柱粥里,趁热享用。
