Delivery Policy

We aim to fulfil our delivery in 10 - 15 business days for all locally sourced products. For pre-orders and overseas curated products, the delivery time will be longer and may take up to 40 business days or more. For longer than usual delivery, we will communicate via our Live Stream or inform customers through our customer service team. 


If ICHIGO.SG is unable to fulfil any order due to unforeseen circumstances, resolution will be provided in the following order:
  • New delivery date 
  • Exchange the item to something of the similar value
  • Full refund of the purchase via the original mode of payment

We shall not be liable for orders that encounter delivery issues due to incomplete, incorrect, or missing information provided by the customer. You are obliged to provide information that is complete, accurate, and truthful for the proper processing of your order, including your delivery address and contact information.

1.1) Delivery Fee Payable
Delivery fee is the cost charged by the supplier or the delivery service provider for transporting the purchased items from the supplier’s location to the customer's specified delivery address.

The delivery terms set out that the delivery of items purchased by a customer will be contingent upon the payment of the delivery fee unless free delivery conditions are met. Each Live Stream session has its own set of free delivery conditions for our customers. The free delivery conditions for each session will be clearly stated in the caption of our Facebook Live Stream post.

1.2) Delivery Fee Unpaid
The customer shall pay the delivery fee required for each Live Stream session unless free delivery conditions are met. ICHIGO.sg will not proceed with the product delivery if the delivery fee is not received. 

For collection of the delivery fee, ICHIGO.sg will make three attempts to communicate with the customer via Facebook Messenger. If the customer does not respond to any of the three attempts, ICHIGO.sg will retain the purchased product instead of proceeding with the delivery. This means the customer will not receive the product until further communication occurs. If the customer refuses to pay the required delivery fee or remains unresponsive to the communication for an additional 14 days after the last attempt to contact them, ICHIGO.sg reserves the right to resell the product to another customer. This action aims to prevent products from being held indefinitely and to recover potential losses incurred due to unclaimed items.
