As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to the transactions with ICHIGO.sg. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Terms and Conditions policy.
1) DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to fulfil our deliveries in 10 - 15 business days for all locally sourced products. For pre-orders and overseas curated products, the delivery time will be longer and may take up to 40 business days or more. For longer than usual delivery, we will communicate via our Live Stream or inform customers through our customer service team. If ICHIGO.SG is unable to fulfil any order due to unforeseen circumstances, resolution will be provided in the following order:
- New delivery date
- Exchange the item to something of the similar value
- Full refund of the purchase via the original mode of payment
We shall not be liable for orders that encounter delivery issues due to incomplete, incorrect, or missing information provided by the customer. You are obliged to provide information that is complete, accurate, and truthful for the proper processing of your order, including your delivery address and contact information.
1.1) Delivery Fee Payable
Delivery fee is the cost charged by the supplier or the delivery service provider for transporting the purchased items from the supplier’s location to the customer's specified delivery address.
The delivery terms set out that the delivery of items purchased by a customer will be contingent upon the payment of the delivery fee unless free delivery conditions are met. Each Live Stream session has its own set of free delivery conditions for our customers. The free delivery conditions for each session will be clearly stated in the caption of our Facebook Live Stream post.
1.2) Delivery Fee Unpaid
The customer shall pay the delivery fee required for each Live Stream session unless free delivery conditions are met. ICHIGO.sg will not proceed with the product delivery if the delivery fee is not received.
For collection of the delivery fee, ICHIGO.sg will make three attempts to communicate with the customer via Facebook Messenger. If the customer does not respond to any of the three attempts, ICHIGO.sg will retain the purchased product instead of proceeding with the delivery. This means the customer will not receive the product until further communication occurs. If the customer refuses to pay the required delivery fee or remains unresponsive to the communication for an additional 14 days after the last attempt to contact them, ICHIGO.sg reserves the right to resell the product to another customer. This action aims to prevent products from being held indefinitely and to recover potential losses incurred due to unclaimed items.
2) NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY
We seek out the best products through close partnerships and collaboration with our suppliers, and we fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from ICHIGO.sg. We appreciate your patronage and would like to inform you of our strict "No Return, No Refund" policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2.1) No Returns Accepted
Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned for any reason.
2.2) No Refunds Issued
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with the product
- Incorrect product selection
- Accidental purchase
- Incompatibility of the product
3) CANCELLATION WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE
We strive to provide a rewarding post-purchase experience for all customers. If you change your mind and decide to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of the transaction, and we will cancel your scheduled delivery. However, a 22% restocking fee applies.
Strictly NO changes to an order that has been placed.
3.1) Restocking Fee
In all cancellation scenarios, a 22% restocking fee based on the original invoiced value will be deducted from your refunded amount.
When a cancellation is approved and processed, the amount refunded will be computed as the following:
Refunded Amount (S$) = Purchase Price - Restocking Fee (22%)
For luxury items, there will be an additional S$100 authentication fee.
The restocking fee is applied to the company to cover associated costs.
3.2) Process Time and Payment Mode
All refunds for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase will take 10 to 14 business days to process and will be credited back to the original mode of payment. All requests for such cancellation will be considered in the spirit of an entire sales order, computing only the absolute whole value of the sales order. We will not consider a partial return, refund, or cancellation. The refunded amount will be reflected in your bank or credit card statement within 10 to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s process.
We will not process any transaction that is fraudulent or suspected to be fraudulent.
3.3) Exceptions
No restocking fee will be charged for the following:
- Allergic reaction to products with medical proof of said allergic reactions. It is advised that customers with allergies should always read a product's ingredients label before use. We are not responsible for any individual reaction to any ingredient. If an allergy occurs, please discontinue use, and seek immediate medical attention.
4) PRODUCT INFORMATION
We rely on the details supplied to us by our partners and suppliers in our efforts to guarantee that every product we sell is appropriately stated. Unfortunately, there are times when our host's description may be inaccurate due to a myriad of reasons, unintentionally. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.
In some cases, the products we offer for sale are preloved or made from natural or organic materials. Therefore, it is normal to see subtle differences between the product you receive and any product image(s) or how the product appears in various lighting conditions during our Live Stream. During the Live Stream, we try as accurately to describe the product, in particular the pre-owned items, with the information provided by our suppliers regarding any flaws, signs of usage, colour transfer, discoloration, etc. The customer is responsible to ask for additional photos to ensure that they fully understand the condition of the preloved item.
While we make every effort to portray colours accurately, you should be aware that colours may appear a little bit differently on various devices and screens. It is not a defect or error that the colour tone varies from screen to screen.
