备用方式：

1）将花菇泡水中3-5小时。

2）泡发后，沥水。

3）以薯粉轻揉。过水后，即可烹调。


Directions:

1) Soak flower shiitake for 3-5 hours.

2) Once rehydrated, drain the water.

3) Gently rub with tapioca starch. Rinse. Cook. Enjoy.
